About The Position

Körber Technologies, Inc., a leading Sales and Service company supporting the North American tobacco industry, is currently seeking an Account Administrator. This role is designed as a cross-functional supply chain position with visibility across planning, procurement, and operations. It offers a unique opportunity to combine operational execution with data-driven decision-making while developing into a fully accountable Buyer and MRP professional. The position is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials and services while driving transparency and performance across the end-to-end supply chain.

Requirements

• At least two years of college, or equivalent
• At least two years’ experience in customer relations
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in the use of personal computers, with a working knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel and Access).
• A personality conducive to maintaining excellent customer relations is also required.
• Able to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Process, review, and follow up on sales orders.
• Enter and expedite orders to satisfy customer requirements.
• Locate parts when demand is greater than supply.
• Assist in Körber AG order processing.
• Analyze demand/usage and recommend/inform Inventory Control of matters affecting inventory levels.
• Communicate (in writing and verbally) with assigned account contact on matters concerning total transactions, including information requests, quotations, purchase orders, shipping schedules, billing, and problem areas.
• Keep management informed on matters affecting department operations.
