About The Position

Supervise daily operations of accommodation, travel and tourism services to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences. Coordinate staff, workflows and compliance with industry standards to support efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Secondary school diploma; post-secondary education in hospitality, tourism or related field is an asset.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in accommodation, travel or tourism services.
• Demonstrated customer service and conflict resolution experience.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with reservation or property management systems and common office software.
• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation standards applicable to the industry.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front-line teams including reception, housekeeping and guest services to maintain service standards.
• Develop and manage staff schedules and shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage.
• Train, mentor and evaluate team members; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints, implementing service recovery measures as required.
• Monitor inventory, supplies and facility maintenance needs; coordinate procurement and vendor services.
• Prepare operational reports, track performance metrics and ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation requirements.
