Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations and inspections to assess damage, estimate costs and market value, and produce and review reports and other documents to determine settlement amounts.
- Analyze medical, financial and job information and determine eligibility for benefits based on statutory criteria.
- Settle claims in accordance with the organization’s standards, policies and quality commitments as well as the contract terms. Meet deadlines to ensure client satisfaction and avoid penalties.
- Negotiate with all parties involved to ensure smooth claims processing.
