We’re looking for Healthcare Service Advisors to join our Healthcare Services team to ensure timely and equitable resolution of sophisticated Accident Benefit claims. This role involves interpreting insurance contracts, resolving policy coverages, and establishing/adjusting reserves. You will handle claims according to individual authority, knowledge, and expertise, acquiring investigative reports and other necessary documentation. A key part of the role is educating customers and providers on auto reform changes and ensuring adherence to internal policies and quality standards. You will also actively coordinate customers’ functional recovery, monitor treatment goals, and assist in resolving claims issues related to legislation interpretation and settlement negotiations. Ensuring service levels and quality standards are met by approved specialists and educating insureds about the Premiere Healthcare Network are also core responsibilities. Active participation in training and file clinic sessions is expected.
