About The Position

Radco is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team as an Accessory Assistant Store Manager. This role involves working alongside the Store Manager to lead the store team, ensuring strong guest relationships and high guest satisfaction. The position focuses on selling and installing vehicle accessories, achieving sales goals, and creating positive guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and accessories, though prior automotive experience is not required as training opportunities are available. This role also involves assisting with hiring, training, scheduling, and maintaining a professional and energetic store environment.

Responsibilities

Leading Team Members in selling and installing accessories to Guests.
Achieving sales goals and driving results.
Ensuring professional installations are done correctly the first time.
Consistently creating excellent store experiences for Guests to foster repeat business.
Building strong relationships with commercial and fleet accounts.
Assisting the Store Manager with hiring, training, and development of sales and installation Team Members.
Assisting the Store Manager with Store work schedules and Team Member related matters.
Creating an upbeat, energetic, and professional environment for the Team and Guests.
