We're growing and looking for a full-time Truck Equipment Accessory Installer to join our incredible team.

Requirements

Comfortable getting dirt under your nails and grease on your shirt.
Organized with great attention to detail.
Knowledgeable about different tools and equipment.
Proud of the quality of your work.
Able to lift a truck battery without injury.
Skilled at taking things apart and putting them back together.
Self-motivated and able to work well with others in a shop environment.
Not afraid to ask for help to avoid electrocution.
Positive attitude when attempting something new.
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions.
Ability to find solutions to installation issues using teammates, the web, and manufacturer tech support.
Adaptability to change pace and direction when working on multiple jobs.
Able to listen and follow directions.
Willingness to ask for help when needed.
Open to constructive criticism and continuous improvement.
Dependable attendance.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Vocational degree (preferred but not required).
1 year of 12-volt wiring experience (required).
Valid driver's license (required).

12-volt wiring experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Install various truck accessories, including bed covers, nerf bars, lift kits, gooseneck hitches, winches, warning lights, and more.
Opportunity to customize work trucks/vans with proper experience.
Work effectively in a shop atmosphere with minimal oversight.
Troubleshoot and read electrical diagrams.
12-volt wiring experience is preferred.
