About The Position

Access Rep II’s handle patient registration in the emergency room. They accurately identify and register Emergency Department patients while adhering to EMTALA regulations. The role captures complete and accurate patient information, correctly files insurance, and assigns guarantors to accounts. It uses the bedside registration process to facilitate patients’ timely access to care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

• One year of healthcare registration experience preferred.
