Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of Janitorial experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to lift at least 30lbs
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedures
- Clean, Dust, and wipe furniture: Sweep, Mop or vacuum floors: empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers: empty and clean all ash trays and refill restroom dispensers.
- Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools: buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high speed buffers and buffers and vacuums, brooms mops and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls , carpets, furniture, etc.
- Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. USE AS DIRECTED.
- Move furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis
- Activities are subject to change / be added to meet business needs with management approval.
