About The Position

CW Resources is hiring Custodians to help keep things clean and running smoothly. No experience is necessary as training will be provided. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance to access the primary worksite. Applicants eligible for the AbilityOne Program are encouraged to apply. Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate Security Clearance.

Experience in cleaning or custodial work.
Willingness to learn how to strip and clean floors.

Responsibilities

Checking in with supervisor and teammates to go over the cleaning plan.
Gathering cleaning supplies such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants.
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Taking out the trash and replacing bags.
Cleaning restrooms, refilling supplies, and wiping down surfaces like tables, chairs, and doors.
Dusting furniture, shelves, and vents.
Wiping windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
Conducting a final walk-through to ensure cleanliness.
Returning tools and supplies to the storage area.
