About The Position

The Access Control & Patrol Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment at a client site by monitoring premises and patrolling assigned locations. The officer observes and reports activities and incidents, helps protect client property and personnel, preserves order, and enforces site regulations and directives. The role may also involve providing customer service and information to client employees and visitors. The position pays $17.50 per hour, requires driver certification, and includes a swing shift schedule with weekend hours. Security positions are available full-time and part-time. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided. Applicants must pass a drug screen and background check and meet applicable security licensing requirements.

Requirements

Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
Driver certification.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to complete patrols.
Strong technology skills, including use of a cell phone and computer.
Pass a drug screen and background check.
Meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.

Nice To Haves

Prior security or customer service experience is a plus.
Retail, food service, or hospitality experience may be a good fit.
