About The Position

Join Salesforce’s team in Dublin as an Access & AI Enablement Engineer. Design and deliver software solutions on the Salesforce platform, using AI as a core part of the work. Reduce operational overhead through automation and help teammates develop AI-first habits. The role combines hands-on Salesforce work with peer coaching and ownership of the quality and outcomes of work, including AI-generated output.

Requirements

Proven experience on the Salesforce platform, including declarative and technical work.
Engineering background with a demonstrated AI-first approach, including orchestrating AI into a real workflow.
Track record of reducing operational overhead or friction through automation or tooling.
Comfort blending hands-on casework with peer coaching and upskilling.
Ability to validate AI-generated output for correctness, security, and team standards.
Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder certifications.
Proven experience performing Salesforce administration within a large-scale enterprise organization.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with security and access governance concepts, including least-privilege, just-in-time access, and SOX-scoped orgs.
