About The Position

Join Salesforce’s team in Dublin as an Access & AI Enablement Engineer. Design and deliver software solutions on the Salesforce platform, using AI as a core part of the work. The role focuses on reducing operational overhead through automation and helping teammates develop AI-first working habits. The engineer owns the outcomes of their work, including validating AI-generated output, and may take on expanding scope as the team’s remit grows.

Requirements

Proven experience on the Salesforce platform, including declarative and technical work.
An engineering background and demonstrated AI-first approach, including orchestrating AI into a real workflow.
Track record of reducing operational overhead or friction through automation or tooling.
Comfortable combining hands-on casework with peer coaching and upskilling.
Ability to validate AI-generated output for correctness, security, and team standards.
Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder certifications.
Proven experience performing Salesforce administration within a large-scale enterprise organization.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with security and access governance concepts, including least-privilege, JIT access, and SOX-scoped orgs.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deliver software solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Conduct code and solution reviews, testing, and quality assurance for personal and others’ work.
Apply AI tools and automation to streamline repetitive processes and reduce operational overhead in existing workflows.
Partner with and upskill teammates on best practices, including AI-first approaches to problem-solving.
Own the outcomes of work, including work generated with AI, and take on expanding scope as the team’s remit grows.
Blend hands-on casework with peer coaching and validate AI-generated output for correctness, security, and team standards.
