About The Position

As an AI Enablement Engineer in Everpure’s Digital Transformation Group (DTG), you will guide generative AI initiatives from experimentation to enterprise-scale business impact. You will work directly with cross-functional teams in Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, and Go-to-Market/Customer Experience to design, integrate, and launch AI capabilities in everyday operations. Embedded in the Enterprise Architecture team, you will establish emerging architectural standards and ensure technical solutions align with enterprise guidelines. The role focuses on operationalizing AI applications and workflows for secure, dependable production use; developing standards and guardrails for copilots and agentic workflows; integrating foundation models and AI tools with SaaS and ERP systems; and implementing evaluation, prompt optimization, and monitoring frameworks for reliable, transparent AI at scale. The position is expected to work primarily from Everpure’s Santa Clara office, in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

Proven technical experience designing, delivering, and supporting AI applications and automated workflows in an enterprise production environment.
Practical mastery of modern AI engineering patterns, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and automated model guardrails.
Hands-on experience integrating cloud-based foundation models, AI developer toolchains, and enterprise SaaS/ERP platforms into cohesive business solutions supporting at least one corporate function such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, or GTM/CX.
Demonstrated ability to guide technical and non-technical stakeholders through complex technical concepts and align architecture with strategic business outcomes.
Expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, except when on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.

Responsibilities

Partner with business teams across Finance, HR, Legal, Supply Chain, and GTM/CX to move AI-assisted applications from prototypes to secure, dependable, enterprise-ready production services.
Co-create technical guidelines, checklists, and guardrails for copilots and agentic workflows with engineering teams, balancing rapid innovation with data security and regulatory compliance.
Connect frontier models and tools, including Claude, Gemini, Glean, and AWS Bedrock, with Everpure’s SaaS and ERP business systems.
Design and maintain evaluation, prompt optimization, and monitoring frameworks for enterprise copilots and autonomous agents.
