About The Position

Accelerate is a one-day leadership program for students to build relationships with Andersen professionals and learn about careers at the firm. Taking place Thursday, January 14, 2027, at Andersen’s Los Angeles, California office, the program offers opportunities to interact with firm leaders, network with peers, and develop personally and professionally. Participants will learn about Andersen, its culture, and its internship programs, and may interview for a 2028 summer internship during the program. The program is intended for students interested in learning more about public accounting and tax.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2028 and May 2030.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Interest in learning more about public accounting and tax.
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with initiative to seek out opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with various levels of client and firm management.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire; candidates requiring employment visa sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.
