Under the general supervision of the University Registrar and the Assistant Registrar of Academic Records, the position involves a wide range of moderate to complex clerical and technical assignments involving the processing of retroactive withdrawals, academic standing updates, student information updates, enrollment verifications, grade corrections, incomplete grade extensions, and other student record or grade related forms. This position provides customer service to faculty, staff, students, and the general public. The coordinator will also assist the Assistant Registrar of Records with incoming and outgoing electronic transcript processing. The Records team is responsible for the processing of all incoming and outgoing official transcripts.
