As an Academic Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of Edmentum’s virtual programs. You’ll leverage your expertise in educational operations to drive program excellence, build strong client partnerships, and deliver proactive support.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in education operations or program management
- Detail-oriented, organized, and data-driven
- Confident using systems like Student Information Systems, Salesforce, and Excel to track and report performance
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Communicate clearly, build relationships, and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Balance operational precision with customer empathy
- Adaptable, proactive, and dedicated to continuous improvement
- Willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs
Responsibilities
- Manage virtual programs by coordinating instruction, student services, enrollment operations, and data
- Lead onboarding, training, and setup for district partners and site coordinators
- Strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities for program expansion and deeper engagement
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across all data and program operations
- Monitor program usage, progress, and outcomes through reports and dashboards
- Partner with internal and external teams to resolve operational challenges
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows
- Support customer renewals and expansion through reliable program execution
