About The Position

West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Medicine are seeking Nephrologist (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Uniontown, PA. The successful candidate may practice in the areas of inpatient and outpatient nephrology. In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.
  • Eligible for state medical license.
  • Completed a nephrology fellowship program.
  • Board certified in internal medicine.
  • Certified / eligible in nephrology.
  • All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.

Responsibilities

  • Practice in Uniontown, PA.
  • Provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology patient care.
  • Actively involved in the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows.
