About The Position

The University of Louisville School of Medicine’s Department of Urology is seeking four open-rank urologists to join UofL Physicians in Louisville, Kentucky. The successful candidate will participate in the academic mission through clinical or basic science research and instruction of urology residents and medical students. Candidates must be board-eligible or board-certified urologists with a special interest in endourology. A subspecialty fellowship is preferred but not required. Candidates must have mastered surgical procedures related to their respective fellowship training, including minimally invasive and da Vinci robotic procedures. Da Vinci Xi robotic systems are available at all training sites. The position offers an academic practice opportunity in Louisville, described as the 16th-largest metropolitan center in the United States, with excellent schools and extensive recreational opportunities. Compensation is commensurate with experience and academic rank, and a robust benefits package is offered. Dependents are eligible for free tuition to the University of Louisville. Requirements

Board-eligible or board-certified urologist.
Special interest in endourology.
