About The Position

Lincoln Tech is seeking an Academic Dean for its Rowlett, Texas campus. The Academic Dean will expand and refine training courses; provide guidance and inspiration to faculty and students; and direct the recruitment, development, and management of a team focused on creating innovative curricula and programs. The role supports Lincoln Tech’s vision and core values and emphasizes effective use of resources, quality results, and standards of excellence. The Academic Dean contributes to curriculum development and implementation, supports faculty development and evaluation, assists with budget preparation, and makes decisions that support the implementation and evaluation of programs and policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least 5 years of management experience.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and partner with senior and executive management.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a proprietary career school is highly desired.
Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
