About The Position
Lincoln Tech is seeking an Academic Dean for its Union, New Jersey campus. The Academic Dean will expand and refine training courses, guide and inspire faculty and students, and direct the recruitment, development, and management of a team focused on creating innovative curricula and programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of management experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and partner with senior and executive management.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
Responsibilities

- Make effective decisions and support the implementation and evaluation of programs and policies.
- Assist with budget preparation by forecasting trends and potential requirements.
- Contribute to curriculum development and implementation.
- Encourage and support faculty development, training, onboarding, and evaluations.
- Focus on faculty recruitment to ensure qualified instructors for all programs.
