About The Position
Lincoln Tech is seeking an Academic Dean for its Union, New Jersey campus. The Dean will expand and refine training courses while providing guidance and inspiration to faculty and students. The role also directs the recruitment, development, and management of a team responsible for creating innovative curricula and programs. Lincoln Tech has been a provider of career training for 80 years, with programs in Healthcare, Automotive/Diesel, Skilled Trades, and Information Technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of management experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and partner with senior and executive management.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Encourage commitment to Lincoln Tech’s vision and core values.
- Promote strategies that maximize available resources and consistently pursue quality results and standards of excellence.
- Make effective decisions and support the implementation and evaluation of programs and policies.
- Assist with budget preparation by forecasting trends and potential requirements.
- Contribute to curriculum development and implementation.
- Encourage and support faculty development, training, onboarding, and evaluations.
- Lead faculty recruitment to ensure qualified instructors for all programs.
