Family First Adolescent Services is expanding and we are looking to add an Academic Coordinator to our Education team. As an Academic Coordinator, you will be working with compassionate and motivated members of our interdisciplinary treatment team to support our adolescent clients in achieving their academic goals while in our residential program. Our clients present with a variety of mental health, substance use, and behavioral disorders. As an Academic Coordinator, there will not be any lesson planning, you will be connecting with the academic institutions clients are coming from to carry forward their academic plan while in our care. Clients bring their own curriculum to our program, and we support them to progress with their assignments remotely, while in our residential program for 45-90 days. This position is ideal for individuals interested in a supportive and nurturing treatment setting. Our team culture is incredibly creative, supportive, and our staff, above all else, is deeply committed to helping the clients and families that we work with. We are seeking staff to join our team with the same compassion, energy and commitment. Employee growth and development is heavily fostered and encouraged.
