The Adolescent Services Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating clinical substance abuse/mental health services for adolescents. This role involves conducting admissions and biopsychosocial assessments, providing individual and family therapy, and directly supervising program staff. The coordinator ensures that services are delivered in accordance with licensing, Medicaid, and Joint Commission standards, and agency policies. They also play a key role in discharge planning, progress reporting, and maintaining relationships with referring agencies. Additionally, the position provides administrative leadership and specialized staff development and training.
