About The Position

We are seeking Academic Coaches to support K-8 and High School students in a range of Humanities subjects. This role offers consistent hours with recurring weekly 1-on-1 sessions held in private offices at our facility. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment, with paid onboarding, training, and shadowing opportunities. This is a W-2 employment position.

Requirements

• Ability to explain academic content clearly and engagingly.
• Enjoy building relationships and helping students gain confidence.
• Currently attending or graduated from a 4-year university.
• Available 15+ hours per week, including at least 4 hours on Sundays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ACT, SAT, ISEE test preparation.

Responsibilities

• Support K-8 and High School students in a range of Humanities subjects.
• Conduct 1-on-1 tutoring sessions.
• Work with students on advanced coursework including AP Literature, AP US History, and AP World History.
• Provide test preparation for ACT, SAT, and ISEE (preferred).
