About The Position
We are seeking Academic Coaches to support K-8 and High School students in a range of Humanities subjects. This role involves consistent, recurring weekly 1-on-1 sessions held in private offices at our facility. We offer paid onboarding and training, a supportive team environment, and W-2 employment status. Our session hours are Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 9:30 PM, and Sunday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Requirements
- Ability to explain academic content clearly and engagingly.
- Enjoy building relationships and helping students gain confidence.
- Currently attending or graduated from a 4-year university.
- Available 15+ hours per week, including at least 4 hours on Sundays.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Advanced Coursework: AP Literature, AP US History, AP World History.
- Experience with Test Prep: ACT, SAT, ISEE.
Responsibilities
- Support K-8 and High School students in Humanities subjects.
