About The Position

Academic Coaches are needed to support Elementary & Middle School students in a range of subjects, including Core Subjects: Language Arts, History, Natural Sciences, Math (incl Alg I). Test Prep (ISEE) is also a plus. The role offers consistent hours with recurring weekly 1-on-1 sessions in private offices at the facility. Students are scheduled for the coach, and there is a supportive and collaborative team environment. Paid training and shadowing with experienced coaches are provided, with W-2 employment status.

Requirements

• Ability to explain academic content in a clear, engaging way.
• Enjoy building relationships and helping students gain confidence.
• Hold a bachelor's degree from a 4-year university.
• Available 15+ hours per week within session hours: Mon–Fri, 3:00–9:30pm & Sun, 10:00am–6:00pm.
• Sunday availability is required.
