About The Position
Huntington Learning Center is urgently hiring part-time teachers for Reading, Writing, and Math for all grade levels (K-8). This position offers the potential to become full-time. Since 1977, Huntington has been dedicated to improving children's lives through its acclaimed instructional programs and its teams of qualified professionals. We are looking for caring, dedicated, and qualified teaching professionals who are passionate about working directly with students and helping them achieve academic success.
Requirements
- 4-year college degree required.
- Must be a caring and qualified professional committed to the success of students.
- All experience levels are welcome to apply.
Nice To Haves
- Certification/license is a plus, but not required.
- Experience as a current teacher or retired professional.
Responsibilities
- Work with students in a 1 to 1 setting or in small groups of up to 4.
- Provide instruction in Reading, Writing, and Math for students at all levels.
- Focus on student success in school.
