We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Abstract Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a team of Lease Administrators at our corporate headquarters in North Bethesda, Maryland and our third-party co-sourcing partners. This is a compelling opportunity for a proven team leader and lease administration expert to make a meaningful impact on lease data integrity, billing accuracy, and operational excellence across a high-performing retail real estate portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, Property Operations, and Legal, while helping to enhance processes, resolve complex lease matters, and provide reporting and analysis that support sound business decisions. This role offers the opportunity to lead a critical function within a respected real estate organization, influence key operational processes, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the business. It is well suited for a candidate who enjoys combining technical lease administration expertise with team leadership, process improvement, and business partnership.
