This role involves determining entitlement to short-term income protection benefits, reviewing attendance reports for payroll accuracy, and providing training on the City’s Attendance Support Program. The coordinator will process weekly attendance payroll, investigate discrepancies, and liaise with various stakeholders to resolve issues related to lost time and Income Protection Plans (IPP).
