About The Position

The Abdominal Imaging Division in the Department of Radiology at Mayo Clinic Arizona seeks an ABR-certified, fellowship-trained radiologist to join our cutting-edge subspecialty-focused clinical practice with exciting research and education opportunities. The ideal candidate is an abdominal radiologist with expertise in MR and CT with additional expertise in GI fluoroscopy and/or Ultrasound. Highly motivated radiologists at all levels of experience are invited to apply and join our nationally and internationally recognized Abdominal Imaging leaders for this position in Phoenix, AZ. The Abdominal Imaging Division is currently composed of 15 radiologists, many of whom also rotate in the Ultrasound Division. The diagnostic exams performed reflect the large number of liver and kidney transplants performed at Mayo Clinic Arizona, patients with complex medical/surgical histories, oncology patients, and non-trauma patients presenting to the Emergency Department for acute care. In addition, the Ultrasound Division has an active procedural service including transplant organ and targeted lesion biopsies. The Department of Radiology emphasizes high quality patient care and maintains an excellent working relationship with our colleagues in other disciplines.

Requirements

ABR-certified
Fellowship-trained radiologist
Expertise in MR and CT
Additional expertise in GI fluoroscopy and/or Ultrasound

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic exams reflecting the large number of liver and kidney transplants performed at Mayo Clinic Arizona.
Provide care for patients with complex medical/surgical histories, oncology patients, and non-trauma patients presenting to the Emergency Department for acute care.
Participate in the active procedural service of the Ultrasound Division, including transplant organ and targeted lesion biopsies.
