About The Position

Mercy Radiology Group is seeking a dedicated Breast Radiologist to join our premier, 100% physician-owned practice in Redding, CA. Affiliated with Dignity Health and CommonSpirit Health, we offer a collaborative, high-quality environment with diverse leadership opportunities. This role involves performing all facets of breast imaging, including Hologic tomosynthesis, US, stereotactic, and MRI-guided biopsies. Flexible scheduling options are available, including a 4-day work week with full-time or part-time choices. The practice is the second-largest private practice in Northern California and offers a clear partnership track. Home workstations are provided for screening mammography and remote clinical work capabilities. The team is collegial, with low turnover and a high percentage of fellowship-trained radiologists.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred
• Ability and willingness to participate in general radiology is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform all facets of breast imaging (Hologic tomosynthesis; US, stereotactic, and MRI-guided biopsies)
• Participate in general radiology (preferred)
