This role involves clinical radiology practice, nurturing an educational program for students, residents, and fellows, and participating in research or scholarship. The ideal candidate will have a record of clinical excellence, strong teaching abilities, and scholarly interests. The position emphasizes advanced, cutting-edge, and highly collaborative care in the acute setting, with a focus on interpreting outpatient, emergency, and inpatient radiology studies including MR, CT, US, radiography, and occasional fluoroscopy. Radiologists at Denver Health participate in the education of University of Colorado medical students, radiology and IR/DR residents, and fellows, with a strong desire to expand educational offerings. The department values patient-centered care and a highly collaborative work environment with strong relationships with emergency medicine, trauma surgery, hospital medicine, surgical subspecialties, and other hospital and outpatient-based specialties.
