About The Position
BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking dedicated individuals to work as ABA Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) providing 1-on-1 support to children with autism or developmental delays. This role involves working directly in families' homes, utilizing play-based ABA therapy designed by a licensed BCBA, to help children develop essential life skills, communication, independence, and confidence. You will work consistently with the same children, helping them make progress in their natural environments. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your patience, energy, and creativity can make a lasting difference. The company provides training and support to meet each child's unique needs.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism).
- Afternoon/evening availability.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques.
- Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA).
- Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet.
- Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective.
- Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together.
