ABA Therapist or RBT
About The Position
We are a group of passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts, ABA experts, teachers, and award-winning children’s entertainers who have pioneered a natural approach to supporting children’s needs that uses the science of human behavior (ABA) combined with unique fun to accelerate independence in the home, classroom, and community. At Behavioral Milestones, we pair naturalistic, play-based therapy for the client with a team culture that actually keeps you connected. We’re looking for seasoned RBTs who are ready to trade "rigid programs" for creative, real-world engagement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of in-home ABA experience (Required)
- You see every environment from the living room to the grocery store as a classroom.
- You value high clinical standards and love implementing supervisor feedback to grow.
Responsibilities
- Turn everyday moments into high-impact learning opportunities for the client.
- Collect accurate data without breaking the natural flow of the session.
- Work closely with supervisors and families to ensure functional, real-world success.
