About The Position
BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to work as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) providing 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder in their homes. This role focuses on helping children develop essential daily living skills, improve communication, foster independence, and build confidence through play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques designed by a licensed BCBA. You will work consistently with the same children, supporting their progress in everyday environments. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your patience, energy, and creativity can make a lasting difference. The company provides training and support to meet each child's unique needs.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism).
- Afternoon/evening availability.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques.
- Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans created by a supervisor (BCBA).
- Track progress during each session using an easy data system on a phone or tablet.
- Collaborate with BCBA and fellow technicians to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Provide feedback to families about session progress and celebrate achievements.
