About The Position

Storybook ABA is hiring an ABA Therapist (BT) for evening and afternoon hours. The role provides in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. Employees receive support and guidance from a collaborative team, including BCBAs, and have opportunities to develop their ABA careers, including RBT training. The position offers a flexible, part-time schedule, with the ability to choose hours and a stated commute of no more than 30 minutes. Pay is $20.00–$30.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Personal means of transportation and a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Desire to participate in a collaborative team of professionals focused on positive outcomes.
• Two years of ABA Therapy experience (required).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in applied behavior analysis or working with children with autism.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and opportunity to grow in the ABA field.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of the work.
