About The Position

Storybook ABA is hiring an ABA Therapist (BT) to provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. The role involves collecting behavior and skill-acquisition data during sessions and working collaboratively with BCBAs and other professionals to support positive outcomes. The company offers RBT training, support, and opportunities to develop a career in Applied Behavior Analysis. The position has a flexible, part-time schedule with afternoon hours, Monday through Friday, and work is performed on the road.

Requirements

• Two years of ABA therapy experience (required).
• Personal means of transportation and a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Desire to participate in a collaborative team focused on positive outcomes.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in applied behavior analysis or working with children with autism.
