About The Position

Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team in Warren! We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. Based primarily out of our Warren clinic, with approximately 70-80% of your caseload delivered in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth to surrounding communities (roughly a 30–45 minute commute).

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
  • BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
  • Requires successful completion of a post-offer background check and a motor vehicle report review.

  • LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload with approximately 70-80% in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth.
  • Provide supervision and administrative tasks with hybrid flexibility.
  • Engage in case consultation and guidance with Clinical Supervisors.
  • Collaborate with transdisciplinary partners across specialties.
  • Work with Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics.
  • Support BT Managers for performance and operational support.
  • Participate in internal CEUs and virtual trainings.
  • Attend Clinical Rounds and company-wide meetings (ABA, Developmental Therapies, Medical).
  • Drive for successful completion of post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review.
