Cortica is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide strength-based, holistic clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. As a BCBA at Cortica, you will be a leader making a difference and creating a supportive environment for clinicians in a transdisciplinary team. You will provide neurodiversity-affirming care with flexibility and support, focusing on continued professional development, growth, well-being, and making a meaningful impact. The role involves overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs). Cortica offers a unique, patient-centered approach that goes beyond traditional ABA, incorporating a transdisciplinary model with experts from occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics, and more. They emphasize collaboration with families, caregivers, and other clinicians, and focus on quality over quantity, with reimbursement based on outcomes rather than just session numbers.
