About The Position

The ABA Clinical Coordinator provides leadership, support, and clinical oversight to help ensure high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism. The role is based in Antioch, California, with a hybrid work setting spanning in-home and in-center services. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour, based on experience. Weekend sessions on Saturday and Sunday earn an additional $10 per billable hour, and weekday sessions beginning at 6:00 PM or later earn an additional $5 per billable hour.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field, or currently enrolled in such a program.
• 1–2+ years of ABA or clinical supervision experience.
• Valid California Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance.
• Current CPR/First Aid, fingerprint clearance, and required immunizations (Rubella, Rubeola, Mumps, Varicella, Hepatitis B/Tdap; declination is acceptable), plus TB clearance within 3 months.

Nice To Haves

• RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement individualized ABA treatment programs.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote meaningful progress.
• Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure clinical quality standards.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing case reviews.
