About The Position

The Behavior Lab is hiring a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide individualized, play-based therapy to children with autism and other developmental or behavioral challenges. The role involves working one-on-one with children to develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills while supporting positive behavior change. Sessions take place in home, clinic, school, or community settings, with guidance and mentorship from the clinical team. Paid training and ongoing support are provided; prior ABA experience is not required.
