About The Position

The Behavior Lab is a home-, clinic-, school-, and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy company supporting children with autism and other developmental or behavioral challenges. It uses individualized, play-based therapy to help children develop meaningful skills, confidence, and independence. The Behavior Technician works one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills and support positive behavior change, with guidance and mentorship from the clinical team. The role is in-person and may take place in home, clinic, school, or community settings. Prior ABA experience is not required; paid training and ongoing support are provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• College coursework in psychology, education, child development, or a related field.
• Prior ABA experience is not required.
