About The Position

The Behavior Lab is hiring a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide individualized, play-based therapy to children with autism and other developmental or behavioral challenges. The role involves working one-on-one with children in home, clinic, school, or community settings to teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills and support positive behavior change. The technician receives guidance and mentorship from the clinical team and is provided comprehensive paid training and ongoing support. The work is in-person and may involve flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings.

• Prior ABA experience is not required; paid training is provided.

Responsibilities
