About The Position

RAYUS Radiology is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist and under general supervision, you will be responsible for running Accounts Payable processes for assigned markets and departments in a timely manner to ensure the accuracy and validity of expenditure. This is a full-time hybrid position working Monday - Friday; corporate hours. The position requires coming in the office a few times a month.

Requirements

High School diploma, or equivalent
One (1) year of accounts payable experience, or Two (2) years' continuing education in an accounting or finance program
Basic Microsoft Office Suite application skills; Outlook, Teams, Word, and specifically Excel

Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
Process vendor P-card payments and reconcile statements monthly
Audit team member P-card statements and out of pocket reimbursement requests accurately and timely
Maintain monthly checklists to record appropriate accruals
Complete onboarding/offboarding processing of new/closing locations
Answer vendor and internal inquiries
Assist with check processing
Perform individual and team tasks, which may include but are not limited to processing monthly rent payments, processing patient and insurance refunds, posting P-card entries and accruals, completing monthly allocations, and processing voids
Other tasks and projects as assigned
