About The Position
3M Japan is seeking a business development manager for its Aerospace and Defense (A&D) vertical business in Japan, based in Nagoya or Tokyo. The position is responsible for developing the aerospace and defense business in Japan, including new program development, competitive conversion programs, and specification-in activities for OEMs, Tier suppliers, and the MRO segment. The role also develops and deploys channel strategy to support sustainable top- and bottom-line growth. The successful candidate will bring a strong sales and/or marketing background, leadership behaviors, and dedication to the business and customers in Japan, helping execute and deploy global aerospace and defense strategic initiatives and develop the business locally.
