The 911 Diversion Coordinator serves the central region (Osage, Cole, Miller, Camden, Laclede) and is a full-time, benefit-eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. This role is part of the Crisis Services team and focuses on building partnerships with regional Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) and supporting dispatch professionals in routing behavioral-health-related calls to appropriate assistance. The coordinator blends outreach, collaboration, and real-time crisis response to connect callers with the right level of care, supporting the mission to Inspire Hope.
