About The Position
This is a full-time position for a 9-12 Science Teacher at Pahrump Valley High School. The role involves planning, organizing, and implementing an instructional program to prepare students for informed and engaged citizenship in a global society. The position is for 183 days, with 7 hours per day, and is funded by the General Fund. The salary range is $51,323-$103,407.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Valid Nevada Teaching License
- Valid Nevada Driver's License
- CPR/First Aid/AED Certification is required for physical education, special education, and career & technical education teaching assignments
- Successful candidate must complete a thorough background check
- Successful candidate must pass mandatory pre-employment drug & alcohol testing.
