About The Position
The K-12 PE Teacher will plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program in an environment that prepares students for lives as informed and engaged citizens in a global society. This is a 150-day position with 8.5 hours per day, funded by the General Fund.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Valid Nevada Teaching License
- Valid Nevada Driver's License
- CPR/First Aid/AED Certification is required for physical education, special education, and career & technical education teaching assignments
- Successful candidate must complete a thorough background check
- Successful candidate must pass mandatory pre-employment drug & alcohol testing.
