Are you passionate about helping dedicated students excel in their academic growth and development? School resumes next month, and Club Z! Tutoring of Bethesda has a specific tutoring opportunity for an exceptional educator to provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring to a committed 8th-grade student in the Potomac, Maryland area. This is for private tutoring located in the greater Potomac, MD area. Applicants MUST live in the Greater Bethesda, Rockville, Kensington, North Bethesda, or Potomac, Maryland areas. This is not a virtual tutoring position!
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years teaching or tutoring experience
- Strong communication skills with students and parents
- Reliable transportation (for in-home sessions)
- Background check clearance

- Executive functioning coaching experience
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized tutoring for an 8th-grade student in core subjects, with a priority focus on math.
- Reinforce the student's strong executive functioning, study skills, and self-confidence.
- Support homework review and test preparation.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and our office about student progress
