About The Position

The Guild of St. Agnes is seeking a 7D Driver in the Worcester, Massachusetts area to transport children from infancy through age 12. The position follows a Monday-through-Friday split shift, with availability required between 6:30–10:30 a.m. and 1:30–5:30 p.m. Routes vary in length. The role offers guaranteed pay for 40 hours per week, including paid holidays, training, and snow days.

Drivers are responsible for safely transporting and supervising children, communicating positively with families and colleagues, and following applicable Massachusetts driving and child passenger-safety regulations. Candidates must complete required background checks and screenings, including an EEC background check.

Requirements

• Ability to pass the required background check, including CORI, DCF, fingerprint, and EEC checks.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift children weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Knowledge of car seat and seatbelt regulations for children of various ages.
• Maintain a safe driving record in compliance with Massachusetts state law.

Responsibilities
